    beautiful antique furnishings
    dusty room
    poor maintenance

Charming property with beautiful antique furnishings.

Our experience was truly disappointing. The entire building clearly needs some serious upkeep, both inside and out. Our room was large but incredibly dusty and poorly maintained, which was shocking given the photos we saw online. We expected a full breakfast, but instead, we only got Costco pastries and cold options. It felt like a significant letdown.

    delicious breakfasts
    proximity to attractions
    lack of kid-friendly activities

We loved our stay here! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, featuring homemade souffle and fresh fruits. It was also a treat to explore the nearby Thousand Islands Playhouse, which was just a short walk away. Our kids had so much fun!

My children wanted more activities available for them on-site.

Charming Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed the Bulloch Suite for one night. The unique layout of the room made for a quirky stay. Though the house has potential, some upkeep is needed, especially to elevate its historical charm. If you visit, explore local dining spots for great meals!

The beautiful antiques throughout the house made it feel like stepping back in time. The accessibility to local attractions was wonderful. I enjoyed leisurely walks without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

More seating areas for relaxation would be helpful.

    Cozy retreat with delicious breakfast

We had a lovely 2-night stay in the Petite Kroeg Room. The hostess was super friendly and knew all the best local spots. Breakfast was amazing—she whipped up some tasty frittatas and fresh fruit each morning. Only thing was, the bathroom could've been a bit bigger.
